Returns & Refunds Policy

At RootRise Hydroponics, we would like to make sure you have a satisfactory buying experience with us and we will make it right every time. We will take responsibility for any damaged or defective products sent to you and will send you a replacement to make sure you receive fully functioning products.

Important Notes

  • The display of the hydroponic garden tower systems on the product page is a mockup for reference purposes only and doesn't necessarily reflect how it will exactly look in reality (should be very close).

Cancellations

We will not be able to accept any order cancellation requests once the order has been placed, even in the case of incorrect orders or no longer wanted items.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unopened and unused items only. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Your items must be:

  • Completely unopened and unused

  • In the original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For defective or damaged products: We will take full responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order to report any defects or damage.

We will not be able to accept your return if 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order without contacting us.

We will check and examine your return once received. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees and costs for standard returns. We will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt for unopened and unused items only. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@rootrisehydroponics.com or call 281-760-4320 within 30 days of receiving your order.

Note: Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees for exchanges. We will cover return shipping costs if the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
